Game Overview
A lantern flickers over a cart full of gold somewhere deep in a frontier mine. Nugget Ridge by Relax Gaming is a 5-reel, 3-row game with 15 fixed prize lines that stay active on every round.
Sticky Wilds, a TNT detonator that blasts Wilds across the reels, and Free Plays that save their best moment for the final round keep the dig going. The max reward reaches 10,000x your play size.
Set Your Play Size
Your play size sits at the bottom of the screen between the minus and plus buttons. Tap either one to move it a step at a time, or tap the number itself to open a scrollable list of preset amounts and pick one directly.
Auto-Play and Turbo Mode
The Play button sits in the center of the control bar. The double-arrow icon to its left switches on Quick Play, which shortens the animations, and its arrows turn green while it's active.
The triangle icon to the right of the Play button opens Auto-Play, where you choose how many rounds to run, including an unlimited option. The menu icon on the far left holds sound and music settings, plus a toggle that lets the spacebar start each round on desktop.
Special Symbols
Wild
the flaming wooden W. It substitutes for every symbol except the Bonus symbol and forms its own combinations, making it the strongest regular symbol in the game. A colossal version can also land, covering 4 regular symbol positions at once.
Low Symbols
A, K, Q, and J, carved into weathered wooden planks. All four share the same values.
High Symbols
the mining gear, led by a glowing gold nugget that carries the strongest regular prize.
Bonus Symbol
a round bomb marked BONUS with its fuse already lit. Two of them in the base game start the Replay Feature, and 3 or more open Free Plays. During Free Plays, the game stores every Bonus symbol for the final round.
Multiplier
shows up only in the final round of Free Plays, when stored Bonus symbols explode into Wilds. Each Wild carries a virtual multiplier equal to the number of Bonus symbols collected on that position, up to x5. Several multiplier Wilds on the same prize line multiply each other, so x2, x3, and x4 on one line combine into x24.
TNT Symbol
the TNT detonator lands in the base game and expands upward, turning the positions above it into Wilds. It only expands when that creates a matching combination, so the fuse never burns for nothing.
Bonus Game
Land 3 or more Bonus symbols anywhere on the reels to trigger Free Plays.

- 4 Bonus symbols — 9 Free Plays
- 5 Bonus symbols — 11 Free Plays
Every Bonus symbol that lands during the feature, including the ones that triggered it, is stored and held back until the final round. Landing 3 or more Bonus symbols again adds 3 more Free Plays.
Then comes the last round. Every stored Bonus symbol detonates into a multiplier Wild, and the more you pile onto a single position, the bigger that Wild's multiplier.
Special Features
Play Feature
the paper notice pinned to the lower-left corner of the reels opens the Play Feature window. It unlocks Free Plays directly for 60x your play size, with at least 3 Bonus symbols landing on the round that starts the feature. You can adjust your play size in the window, and this option is available only in the base game.
Expanding Wild Feature
whenever the TNT detonator lands in the base game, it climbs upward and fills the positions above it with Wilds. Because it expands only when a matching combination is on the table, every blast counts toward a prize.
Replay Feature
two Bonus symbols in the base game turn into Sticky Wilds and hold their positions for a replay. Each new Wild that lands sticks as well and awards another replay, so the reels keep rolling as long as the Wilds keep arriving.
Max Win
Nugget Ridge caps rewards at 10,000x your play size per round. In practice, that ceiling comes into play only during the final round of Free Plays, when stacked multiplier Wilds can line up across several prize lines at once.
