Self-Exclusion allows you to limit your access to our services for a defined period. We offer the following self-exclusion options:
Take a Break: Temporary account closure for 24 hours to 12 months. Once initiated, your account cannot be accessed until the specified period ends.
Self-Exclusion: Extended account closure for a minimum of 6 months. After this period, you may request to reopen your account, subject to a 7-day waiting period.
Once a self-exclusion request is received, a review and processing of such request will be initiated, if confirmed, the platform will ensure that you as a customer will be prohibited from accessing your account or making deposits during the exclusion period.
